Price Structure:
Carpet Cleaning
We measure every room in the house and charge £2.20 GBP per square meter.
E.G. A a box standard Terrace house (downstairs) room works out at approx:£20-25: Bedrooms anywhere between £10-20
Other chargeable costs are;
£1 per stair
£10 Hallway
£5 GBP landing
We provide cheaper rates if
a) properties are empty
b) The overall area is over 500 sqm +
Upholstery
Armchair = £20
2 Seater Sofa =£40
3 Piece Suite = £70
Pressure Washing
This is charged at £35 per hour, a full site survey/quotation is performed and the time to perform the job is ascertained. Once price is set there will be no additional cost if techincians time runs over quoted price.
*Please note if any cleaning work cleaned is less than £40 then a minimum charge of £40 will be applied. There is no additional charge for surveys/quotations
