Price Structure
Carpet Cleaning We measure every room in the house and charge £2.40 per square meter. e.g. a box standard Terrace house (downstairs) room works out at approx:£20-25: Bedrooms anywhere between £10-20 Other chargeable costs are;
We provide cheaper rates if: a) properties are empty b) The overall area is over 500 sqm + Upholstery
Pressure Washing This is charged at £35 per hour, a full site survey/quotation is performed and the time to perform the job is ascertained. Once price is set there will be no additional cost if techincians time runs over quoted price. *Please note if any cleaning work cleaned is less than £40 then a minimum charge of £40 will be applied. There is no additional charge for surveys/quotations *All prices are subject to VAT
