It can take from 2 to 10 hours to dry depending upon the thickness of the carpet, ventilation and circulation of air. You can walk on it as soon as we’re done. Be careful not to slip when going from damp carpet onto a hard surface Try to keep pets, children and heavy traffic off the carpet during the drying process.

Q. What kind of products do you use?

We use top-of-the-line cleaning products consistent with industry standards and manufacturers recommendations. Many of our products are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

Q. What furniture do you move?

We move things like sofas, tables and chairs even beds. We don’t move large/expensive items, for example; dressers, china cabinets, electronics and pianos. All we ask is that you remove breakables and knickknacks from the furniture you want moved.

Q. How do you treat pet stains and odor?

Minor conditions can be handled with a combination of germicidal and enzyme surface treatment. Major conditions usually require pad replacement and floor treatment in addition to treating the carpet.

Q. What about reoccurring spots & stains?

If a spot returned a day or so after cleaning, it may have been due to the nature of the spot. Just call us and we will re-treat the spot for free.

Q. How often should a carpet be cleaned?

A good rule of thumb is to get your carpets cleaned at least once a year. The frequency depends on a few variables; number of occupants, the level of usage and how exactly is the space used. Some houses/offices can go over a year and others need cleaning monthly.

Q. Why should I clean my carpets?

One reason: Carpet is the biggest filter in anyone’s home or office. Bio contaminants, volatile organic compounds, combustion products, asbestos, dust mites, chemical contamination, outdoor pollutants, pesticides, allergens, grease deposits, sand, soil, food particles and bacteria will make its way into your carpet. This does make the air in your home or office cleaner and healthier. Cleaning your carpets really gets deep down and cleans all those gross things that get filtered out of your air.       Second reason: Everything filtered into your carpets acts as an abrasive. As the carpet is walked on, those abrasives break down the carpet making it look worn.

Q. What does your carpet protector do?

It protects your carpet from spills, giving you more time to clean them up. It also prolongs the life of the carpet by acting as an invisible shield to everything that gets trapped in your carpet.
